I’ve worked in software development for over 20 years, starting as a junior C# developer and progressing through roles including Principal Developer, Head of Platform Development, and Head of Platform Architecture. I’ve had the joy of managing bright, productive, self-led teams of developers, testers, SysOps engineers, and DevOps engineers, and I love helping people grow.
